You will work at the centre of strategy, partnership growth and market development, helping customers unlock the value of first-party data and audience monetisation in a fast-evolving programmatic landscape.\nIf you enjoy building strategic relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and helping shape a growing area of the business, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful mark.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild and grow relationships with commerce media companies, retail media organisations, advertisers, brands and agencies\nIdentify, qualify and advance new business opportunities across PubMatic’s Commerce Media offering\nCreate and execute account strategies that drive customer growth and revenue\nAct as a trusted advisor to customers on audience monetisation, first-party data strategy and commerce media activation\nPartner closely with internal teams across Ad Solutions, Product, Product Marketing and Partner Development\nShare market insight and customer feedback to help influence product development and go-to-market plans\nRepresent PubMatic externally as a knowledgeable voice in the commerce media space\nWhat we’re looking for\nExperience in retail media or the wider commerce media ecosystem\nStrong understanding of how first-party data can be commercialised, ideally within a programmatic environment\nA track record of building strategic partnerships and progressing complex commercial opportunities\nConfidence engaging senior stakeholders and presenting clearly to executive audiences\nA collaborative, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work effectively across teams\nCommercial curiosity and a strong understanding of key players, trends and opportunities in the commerce media market\nProgrammatic knowledge is helpful, but not essential\nMinimum C1/C2 German \nIf this role aligns with your experience and career interests, we encourage you to apply: even if you do not meet 100% of the criteria.
