This role is part of PubNub and is dedicated to Blocks Network.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a technically hands-on Developer Advocate to help developers discover, build with, and successfully adopt Blocks.ai.\nYou'll work at the intersection of engineering, developer education, community engagement, and product feedback. From building AI agents and sample applications to creating tutorials, engaging with technical communities, and supporting developer adoption, you'll play an important role in growing the Blocks.ai ecosystem.\nYou'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to make the platform more accessible and useful for developers and enterprise technical teams.\nSuccess in this role means enabling more developers to build and connect working AI agents, increasing engagement with the platform, and turning developer feedback into practical improvements.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild working AI agents, demos, sample applications, and reusable templates that demonstrate real-world Blocks.ai use cases.\nCreate technical tutorials, articles, videos, workshops, and developer education materials.\nEngage with developers through GitHub, Discord, technical forums, community events, and hackathons.\nHelp developers troubleshoot integrations and successfully connect agents, applications, and services.\nIdentify onboarding friction and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering, including reproduction steps and improvement recommendations.\nCollaborate on documentation, SDKs, APIs, and developer tooling improvements.\nSupport technical workshops, demos, and developer discussions with prospective enterprise customers.\nTrack developer engagement, successful integrations, active agents, and ecosystem adoption.\nAbout You\nMinimum Requirements\nExperience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Software Engineering, or a similar developer-facing technical role.\nStrong hands-on programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or another relevant language.\nPractical experience building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, or integrations using APIs and frameworks.\nExperience creating technical content, developer demos, workshops, or sample applications.\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts clearly to developers with different experience levels.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a developer-first mindset.\nExperience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to improve developer experiences.\nStrong English communication and presentation skills.\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with MCP, agent-to-agent communication, or multi-agent architectures.\nExperience with emerging AI-agent frameworks and tools.\nContributions to open-source projects or developer communities.\nExperience supporting technical evaluations, integrations, or enterprise developer adoption.\nWhy PubNub\nAt PubNub, you'll help power real-time experiences used by millions around the world.
