You'll work across Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success, translating operational challenges into reliable technical solutions.\nYou'll take ownership of projects from discovery and prototyping through production deployment, helping teams reduce repetitive work, improve data quality, accelerate execution, and make better-informed decisions.\nSuccess means delivering production-ready tools and automations that are adopted by teams and create measurable business impact.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered tools, agents, and workflow automations for go-to-market functions.\nDevelop internal applications and integrations that improve prospecting, account research, lead enrichment, campaign execution, and customer intelligence.\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and prioritise engineering opportunities.\nBuild and maintain integrations with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other business systems.\nDevelop and maintain web-based applications and website infrastructure that support Marketing and Growth initiatives.\nUse LLM APIs, AI coding assistants, and agent-based development workflows to accelerate engineering productivity.\nEnsure solutions are maintainable, reliable, secure, and suitable for production use.\nMeasure tool adoption, operational efficiency, and business outcomes, iterating based on stakeholder feedback.\nAbout You\nMinimum Requirements\nStrong professional software engineering experience, ideally involving full-stack development, internal tools, automation, or growth engineering.\nHands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern web frameworks such as React or Next.js.\nStrong experience working with APIs, system integrations, and data-driven applications.\nPractical experience building AI-powered applications, agents, or automations using LLM APIs.\nExperience taking applications from prototype to production, including testing, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.\nAbility to understand business problems and independently translate requirements into working technical solutions.\nStrong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nStrong English communication skills and the ability to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\nNice to Have\nExperience integrating Salesforce, marketing automation, or revenue operations platforms.\nFamiliarity with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Cursor.\nExperience maintaining CMS-driven websites or marketing technology.\nFamiliarity with developer-focused SaaS products, API platforms, or agent-based workflows.\nExperience developing reusable internal AI tools or agent skills.\nWhy PubNub\nAt PubNub, you'll help power real-time experiences used by millions around the world.
