If you are a technically minded problem-solver who picks up new concepts quickly and thrives when there's always something new to learn, we want to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nThe Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in developing and executing creative concepts that propel and enhance the brand visually across all communication channels through the essential functions.\nYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:\nAid sales representatives on messaging and product positioning for different industries. \nDesign, develop, and update visual concepts and content for the company website and other online experiences. \nIdentify and deliver a progression of events in a storyboard manner. \nPlan, organize and schedule digital marketing for executive team review. \nWork with the team to identify content needed for the website, press releases and case studies. \nProduce written content for third party publishers to position the brand as knowledgeable and the industry standard through promotional content and objective guest articles. \nAssist in content creation for items such as blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and more for specified target audience. \nPrioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. \nDesign layouts for consumer facing brand digital experiences. \nMonitor, analyze, and work within marketing platforms like Google Ads to maintain a productive baseline of brand awareness online for relevant audiences. \nAssist in event planning, organization, and execution for in-person events and tours. \nCapture, edit, and publish attractive photo and video content of products for various platforms and uses, including in use to demonstrate products, ranging from small social clips to larger video productions. \nPromote brand awareness and engagement through company social media platforms and in-person events. \nDevelop sales enablement materials, including flyers, brochures, and website updates, to support the sales team. \nSupport internal branding initiatives such as the employee newsletter, Puck Magazine, YoDeck content, company PowerPoint presentations, and template creation. \nOther duties as assigned. \nWhat We're Looking For\nCompetencies:\nExperience in Adobe Suite \nProficient in photography, videography, and photo/video editing \nWebsite creation and content management \nCommunication proficiency (verbal and written) \nOrganizational skills \nInitiative \nTeamwork orientation \nProblem solving. \nTechnical aptitude (digital platform and tools) \nCreativity \nRequired Education & Experience:\nBachelor’s or Technical Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \nTwo years of field experience. \nExperience in technical writing for various industries. \nPreferred Education & Experience:\nExperience creating, updating, and managing content across multiple media, including websites and social media platforms. \nWordPress, WooCommerce, & SEO experience. \nVideo editing experience. \nSupervisory Responsibility\nThis position has supervisory responsibilities.\nPhysical Requirements\nThis is primarily a sedentary role in a professional office environment. Team members must be able to:\nSit for extended periods and work on a computer throughout the day\nOccasionally stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects and reach with hands and arms\nOccasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 lbs.\nWork Environment\nThis role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.\nTravel\nMinimal travel is expected for this position, primarily for occasional industry events, conferences, or team meetings.\nRelocation\nAt this time, relocation assistance is not available for this position.
