岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责对新产品PCBA的硬件进行详细检查，识别可能的设计、元件或制造问题;

2.负责组装产线不良品分析维修;

3.编写维修记录和故障分析报告，确保问题和解决方案都有详细记录。

4.维修数据的汇总与分析，推动PCBA设计或生产工艺的优化，以提高产品的可靠性和稳定性

5.协助解决生产线上的电子相关问题。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.精通电子电路的基本原理，熟悉数字电路和模拟电路的设计与调试，能够识别和分析电路中的故障点;

2.具备PCBA的设计原理、生产工艺、焊接方法和测试流程的知识，了解PCB布局和走线规范，能够判断设计上的潜在问题;

3.具备较强的故障排查能力，能够快速定位问题原因，分析并找出解决方案。理解各类故障模式（如短路、开路、电压不稳等）及其可能的原因，熟悉不同故障现象的处理方法;

4.具备较强的逻辑思维能力，能够准确地记录故障分析结果和维修过程，对故障数据和维修数据进行系统分析并识别问题规律，提出改进建议;

5.良好的计划、沟通及协调能力，能够有效推动问题合理解决。
