Our Pods (small teams of 5 or less) are comprised of personnel with similar skillsets to ensure mentorship, understanding, and peer support.\nOVERVIEW:\nWe are seeking a Risk Management Framework Project Manager to support the RMF program DIA by planning, coordinating, controlling, and reporting RMF and Assessment and Authorization activities across an assigned portfolio.\nGENERAL DUTIES:\nConverts Government and program priorities into executable plans\nWorks directly with senior Government leaders (GG-14 level and above)\nCoordinates system owners, program offices, cybersecurity personnel, assessors, authorizing stakeholders, and contractor teams\nEnsures schedules, risks, issues, actions, dependencies, decisions, and leadership briefings remain current and decision-ready\nOwns scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, budget tracking, and delivery governance\nMaintains project plans, RAID logs, decision records, action trackers, and status reporting\nFacilitates stakeholder alignment, working sessions, reviews, and executive briefings\nCoordinates RMF, A&A, technical, security, program-office, customer, and contractor workstreams\nManages change control, acceptance criteria, deliverables, and project closeout\nEscalates risks and decisions early with clear options, impacts, and recommendations\nWorking knowledge of RMF, NIST standards, SA&A processes, DoD cybersecurity policies\nExperience using project management tools (Microsoft Project, Xacta, SharePoint, etc.)\nUnderstanding of RMF and A&A lifecycle activities and decision points\nKnowledge of Intelligence Community security requirements.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills to engage senior Government stakeholders\nExcellent project management and organizational skills\nAbility to synthesize complex information into executive-ready briefings and reports\nSolid analytical and problem-solving skills for dependency and risk management\nEffective facilitation and stakeholder coordination across technical and non-technical teams\nLead or contribute to security initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination\nManage competing priorities and complex stakeholder relationships\nWork effectively in classified environments\nMaintain compliance with classified information protection requirements\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nProject Management Professional (PMP) preferred\nPMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, ITIL, or relevant cybersecurity certification preferred\nNo certification mandatory if candidate demonstrates equivalent experience and capability\nPossess a Bachelor’s degree\n12 years of experience in addition to education.\nCLEARANCE:\nActive Top Secret clearance minimum required\nPueo is an equal employment opportunity employer and affirmative action employer.
