Our Pods (small teams of 5 or less) are comprised of personnel with similar skillsets to ensure mentorship, understanding, and peer support.\nOverview:\nWe are hiring a Senior IT Program Manager that supports the DIA CIO RMF Program by planning, coordinating, controlling, and reporting portfolio status and Assessment and Authorization activities across an assigned portfolio. This role:\nConverts Government and program priorities into executable plans\nWorks directly with senior Government leaders (GG-14 level and above)\nCoordinates system owners, program offices, cybersecurity personnel, assessors, authorizing stakeholders, and contractor teams\nEnsures schedules, risks, issues, actions, dependencies, decisions, and leadership briefings remain current and decision-ready\nOwns scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, budget tracking, and delivery governance\nMaintains project plans, RAID logs, decision records, action trackers, and status reporting\nFacilitates stakeholder alignment, working sessions, reviews, and executive briefings\nCoordinates RMF, A&A, technical, security, program-office, customer, and contractor workstreams\nManages change control, acceptance criteria, deliverables, and project closeout\nEscalates risks and decisions early with clear options, impacts, and recommendations\nSkills:\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills to engage senior Government stakeholders\nExcellent project management and organizational skills\nAbility to synthesize complex information into executive-ready briefings and reports\nSolid analytical and problem-solving skills for dependency and risk management\nEffective facilitation and stakeholder coordination across technical and non-technical teams\nAbilities:\n\nLead or contribute to security initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination\nManage competing priorities and complex stakeholder relationships\nWork effectively in classified environments\nMaintain compliance with classified information protection requirements\nRequirements\nCertifications Preferred:\nCertified Information Security Manager (CISM) \nCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) \nProject Management Professional (PMP) \nPMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or ITIL\nNo certification mandatory if candidate demonstrates equivalent experience and capability \nEducation:\nPossess a Bachelor’s degree\nOther:\n8 years of experience in addition to education.\nClearance:\nHold a Top-Secret Security Clearance with SCI
