They ensure data collection quality, adherence to guidelines, and smooth field operations.\nLocations\nWe are looking to recruit Senior Field Coordinators from the following regions: Rwenzori and Tooro regions.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupervise and coordinate the activities of field supervisors/coordinators.\nSupervise and coordinate the activities of Field Agents/Enumerators.\nEnsure Field Agents understand and adhere to data collection protocols and guidelines.\nConduct regular field visits to monitor data collection processes.\nProvide on-site training and support to Field Agents.\nReview completed questionnaires for accuracy and completeness.\nEnsure timely submission of all completed questionnaires.\nAddress any issues or challenges faced by Field Agents in the field.\nMaintain clear and effective communication with the Field Associate Manager and Field Coordinator.\nPrepare regular reports on field activities and data collection progress.\nEnsure all data collection equipment is well-maintained and functional.\nPromote and uphold Pula’s values and mission in all field activities.\nPerform any other duties as assigned by the Field Associate Manager.\nWho you are:\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCES:\nDegree or preferred Masters in Business, Development Studies, Economics, Agriculture or any other related field. \nMUST HAVE A SMARTPHONEWith Android version 7 and above plus access to Google Play Store.\nGood internet access, enough storage space and should be GPS enabled. \n\nExperience in data collection and working with farmers in rural settings is an advantage\nStrong organizational and leadership skills.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nFluency in local languages spoken in the district.\nAbility to work independently and under minimal supervision.\nExperience in data collection and working with farmers in rural settings is advantageous.\nAbility to manage checklists, work plans, and logistics.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to handle field challenges.\nSome more expectations:\nOur team is deeply field based.
