Maintains all Environmental records and facilitates all local audits. \nInitiates and maintains all US DOT Driver’s Compliance records, including random drug pools, required health cards and audit requests for assigned District. \nInitiates and maintains all vehicle licensing, registration, record keeping and tonnage for all project vehicles in assigned District. \nActs as subject matter expert for environmental guidelines regarding the purchase, rental, inventory, scheduling maintenance, dispatch, and invoice coding and accounts payable support within the District. \nPerform additional assignments per management’s direction.\nSchedules and monitors all vehicle maintenance and oil changes using Company and agency required standards. Schedules all crane inspections to ensure timely and compliant maintenance. \nWorks closely with all third-party equipment rental vendors to track hours, hire dates and total hours used.
