You will lead solution discovery and design, run technical evaluations and proofs-of-concept, and architect deployments before handing off to implementation teams. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales, solution architecture, and core engineering.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with sales to lead technical discovery, qualify opportunities, and map customer requirements to Pulse capabilities using value-based and solution-selling methodology\n\nDesign end-to-end solutions that account for the customer's current systems, data flows, and existing infrastructure, identifying integration points and constraints early\n\nCreate architecture diagrams and solution designs that support the buying decision and guide implementation\n\nLead proofs-of-concept and technical evaluations, defining success criteria and tying outcomes to business value (accuracy gains, cost and time savings, risk reduction)\n\nApply pre-sales consulting best practices to build trust with technical and business stakeholders, including objection handling and tailored technical demos\n\nOwn a clean handoff to implementation and deployment teams with documented solution design, architecture, and success criteria\n\nServe as the technical voice of the customer back to product and engineering, surfacing patterns across deals\n\nRequirements\n3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions or sales engineering, pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting, ideally selling technical or data infrastructure products\n\nProven ability to lead technical discovery and map customer requirements to product capabilities using value-based and solution-selling methodology\n\nComfort designing end-to-end solutions and creating architecture diagrams that account for a customer's existing systems, data flows, and infrastructure\n\nExperience running proofs-of-concept and technical evaluations, including defining success criteria and tying outcomes to measurable business value\n\nStrong working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and modern cloud and data infrastructure, enough to architect credible solutions and speak fluently with technical stakeholders\n\nProficiency in Python or a similar language for prototyping, demos, and technical validation\n\nExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with both technical and business buyers and to handle objections with confidence\n\nBias toward ownership and a track record of partnering closely with Account Executives to move deals forward\n\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with document processing, OCR, NLP, computer vision, or ML platforms\n\nExperience selling into regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, insurance, or legal\n\nWorking knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)\n\nBackground in data infrastructure or enterprise SaaS\n\nSponsorship\n Sponsorship
