The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming, SAP modules integration, debugging, performance optimization, and collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, forms, conversions, enhancements, and workflows.\n\nDesign and implement custom SAP solutions using ABAP, ABAP Objects, and SAP enhancement frameworks.\n\nWork closely with SAP functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\n\nDevelop and support SAP reports using Classical Reports, ALV Reports, Interactive Reports, and SAP Query tools.\n\nCreate and maintain SAP forms using Smart Forms, SAPscript, and Adobe Forms.\n\nBuild and maintain interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, ALE, Web Services, and OData services.\n\nPerform debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for SAP ABAP programs and integrations.\n\nOptimize ABAP code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.\n\nSupport SAP upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and implementation projects.\n\nPrepare technical design documents, unit test cases, and support documentation.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP Basis, functional consultants, testers, and business users.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n3–7+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with ABAP programming, including reports, module pool programming, enhancements, and forms.\n\nExperience with ABAP Objects (OOABAP) and object-oriented programming concepts.\n\nProficiency in Data Dictionary, internal tables, database access, and performance tuning techniques.\n\nHands-on experience with ALV Reports, Smart Forms, SAPscript, and Adobe Forms.\n\nKnowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, ALE, and SAP integration technologies.\n\nExperience with SAP enhancement techniques such as User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Points.\n\nUnderstanding of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, or WM.\n\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.\n\nFamiliarity with SAP transport management, testing, and deployment processes.\n\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA and HANA-optimized ABAP development.\n\nKnowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, SAP Fiori, OData, and SAP Gateway services.\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\n\nSAP ABAP certification is a plus.\n\nWork Environment\n\nCollaborative SAP development team environment.\n\nOpportunity to work on SAP implementation, support, upgrade, and enhancement projects.\n\nExposure to
