test, and maintain applications using Embarcadero Delphi (Object Pascal).\n\nDevelop new features and enhance existing desktop and client-server applications.\n\nAnalyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.\n\nDevelop reusable, scalable, and maintainable application components.\n\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards.\n\nDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and production issues.\n\nOptimize application performance and database queries.\n\nDevelop and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and messaging technologies.\n\nDesign and implement database objects, stored procedures, and SQL queries.\n\nCollaborate with QA teams to perform unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nMaintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and release notes.\n\nSupport application deployments, upgrades, and production releases.\n\nWork closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend technical solutions.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\n3–8+ years of experience developing applications using Delphi.\n\nStrong proficiency in Object Pascal and Embarcadero Delphi.\n\nExperience with desktop application development for Windows.\n\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.\n\nExperience with database design and SQL development.\n\nFamiliarity with source code management tools such as Git, SVN, or Azure DevOps.\n\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with Delphi XE through Delphi 12 (Athens) or later.\n\nExperience migrating legacy Delphi applications to newer versions.\n\nKnowledge of FireMonkey cross-platform development.\n\nExperience with reporting tools such as FastReport, QuickReport, or ReportBuilder.\n\nFamiliarity with DevExpress or TMS Components.\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines.\n\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nExperience integrating with ERP or enterprise systems.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud technologies and modern application architectures.\n\nResponsibilities in Production Support\n\nInvestigate and resolve production incidents.\n\nPerform root cause analysis.\n\nMonitor application performance.\n\nProvide timely bug fixes and patches.\n\nSupport deployment and release activities.\n\nEnsure application stability and availability.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with C# or .NET.\n\nExperience with C++.\n\nKnowledge of Windows APIs.\n\nExperience with COM/DCOM.\n\nExperience with unit testing frameworks.\n\nExperience with application modernization projects.\n\nKnowledge
