(critical): commercial experience building backend systems that interact with Ethereum or other EVM chains, including RPC, event indexing, transaction lifecycle, signing and smart-contract integration.\n\nCandidates without real production experience here will not be considered.\n\n7+ years in commercial software development, including at least 2–3 years of Rust in production.\n\nAsync Rust, concurrency, and a solid understanding of how distributed systems fail.\n\nStrong PostgreSQL: data modelling, migrations, transactional integrity.\n\nExperience with financial systems where precision matters: payments, ledgers, billing, accounting.\n\nStrong testing culture.\n\nGood written English, including the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.\nNice to have\n\nSolidity: reading and reviewing smart contracts.\n\nAccount abstraction / smart wallets.\n\nKey management and signing infrastructure.\n\nTypeScript / React basics.\n\nInfrastructure as code, self-hosted environments.\n\nBackground in lending, payments or
