Check availability and location of all utilities, including sanitary sewer, water, gas and storm management. Check the cost involved in gaining access to these utilities as well as any development impact fees.\n\nManage field efforts related to storm water and air pollution compliance.\n\nCoordinate contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers.\n\nContinuously manage and update project budgets for contracted and future work.\n\nReview, confirm and approve development invoices.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nCareer Level (P3)\nOrganizational Impact\nWorks to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results within area of work.\n\nWorks independently under limited supervision.\n\nMay be responsible for entire projects or processes within area.\n\nTypically responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.\n\nLeadership & Talent Management\nMay be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within functional area.\n\nMay manage projects at this level, requiring responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product.\n\nKnowledge & Experience\nRequires broad knowledge of area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.\n\nMay have practical knowledge of program or project management.\n\nTypically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 4-6 years of prior relevant experience.\n\nRequired Skills\nAdvanced analytic skills\n\nExcellent Excel skills\n\nSolid written and verbal communication skills\n\nExcellent planning and organizational skills\n\nAbility to effectively communicate/work with others\n\nAbility to work independently\n\nSelf-starter\n\nRequired Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications\nValid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nNot applicable\n\nPulteGroup, Inc. and its affiliates do not accept unsolicited resumes from individual recruiters or third party recruiting agencies (collectively, “Recruiters”) in response to job postings.
