If you’re looking for a career with purpose, growth, and the chance to make a difference, you’ll find it here.\nApply now and discover a career where your contributions are valued, your growth is supported, and your work makes a lasting impact.\nThis is a full-time, temporary position lasting through January 8, 2027, and will be re-assessed at that time.\n8:00 am to 5:00 pm shift (can be 9:00 am to 6:00 pm if needed).\nThis position is 100% in office Monday-Friday.\nJob Summary\nThe Escrow Support Processor is primarily responsible for providing centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows.\nPrimary Job Responsibilities\nReceives, reviews and processes high volume of escrow-related documents.\nEffectively communicates with various sources, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.\nAssists in facilitating smooth and on-time closing transactions.\nMaintains accurate records and provides support to branch locations.\nMeticulously reviews documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.\nDistributes title commitments and preliminary title reports with required documentation to appropriate parties.\nObtains and document pre-closing information, conduct pre-closing audit, order HOA Statements (if applicable), review of real estate contracts, addendums and lender title requests.\nConducts post close audits and delivery of lender submission packages to transaction parties.\nReviews and submit transactional recording documents per County requirements.\nIdentifies, logs and assists in resolution of curative requirements.\nDistributes escrow checks with applicable documentation to appropriate parties.\nPrepares and delivers title insurance policies within designated timeframes.\nImages documents in compliance with document retention policy\nFiles document packages\nPerforms other duties as assigned. \nScope\nDecision Impact: Individual\nDepartment Responsibility: None\nBudgetary Responsibility: No\nDirect Reports: No\nIndirect Reports: No\nPhysical Requirements: Ability to exert minimal force of 25 pounds to carry, lift, push, pull and otherwise move objects.
