Working closely with stakeholders, the incumbent will design, implement, and assess various training initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget constraints, and quality expectations.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead efforts to evaluate, coordinate and manage Global Training Needs while meeting Quality benchmarks\nCreate and execute robust learning strategies and programs tailored to organizational priorities\nCollaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment in training delivery and execution strategies.\nImplement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)\nDesign and deliver diverse training solutions, ranging from e-learning courses to workshops and blended learning programs.\nSuggest best solution in terms of cost, technology and resourcing\nDefine training content delivery while monitoring execution and Quality\nManage eLearning and classroom delivery content\nAssess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities\nHelp managers develop their team members through career pathing\nTracks budget and negotiate contracts (Identify synergies across regions gain economy of scale)\nHire and oversee training and L&D Specialists\nVendor Management & Coordination\nFully support the e-Puma training delivery strategy in conjunction with IT SME’s\nRequirements:\nEducation:\nUniversity degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development any related field\nExperience:\nMinimum of 10 years of progressive experience in training, learning and development positions\nDemonstrated expertise in global organizations, ideally with exposure to B2B and B2C environments, including retail and/or supply chain industries.\nProven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar\nCurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methods\nAdvanced understanding of learning methodologies, e-learning platforms, and implementation of best practices.\nExperience in project management and budgeting\nProficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills;
