Engineering & Maintenance Leadership\nLead all engineering and maintenance functions across multi-asset downstream operations.\nImplement engineering policies, standards, and maintenance strategies aligned with corporate objectives.\nAct as the technical authority for maintenance and operational engineering decisions.\n2. Asset Integrity & Reliability\nEstablish and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.\nEnsure implementation of asset integrity frameworks, including inspections, testing, and certifications.\nDrive improvements in asset availability, reliability, and lifecycle cost management.\nReview and resolve major equipment failures and integrity risks.\n3. Capital Projects & Construction Support\nSupport and govern capital projects, refurbishments, and upgrades across retail, distribution, LPG, aviation, and B2B assets.\nReview and approve maintenance-related designs, scopes, and technical solutions.\nEnsure effective handover from construction to operations and maintenance.\n4. HSE, Process Safety & Regulatory Compliance\nEnsure compliance with HSE, process safety, petroleum, LPG, and aviation regulations.\nLead maintenance-related risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.\nDrive a strong safety culture and environmental stewardship across teams and contractors.\n5. Budgeting & Cost Control\nDevelop and manage maintenance OPEX and engineering-related CAPEX budgets.\nMonitor cost performance and implement cost optimization initiatives.\nSupport procurement and contractor strategy development.\n6. Contractor & Vendor Management\nManage maintenance contractors, service providers, and OEMs.\nEnsure contractor competency, safety compliance, and performance.\nApprove work completion and certify invoices.\nThe Engineer should Ensure Quarterly contractor performance review\n7. People Leadership & Capability Development\nLead and develop engineering and maintenance teams, including supervisors and technicians.\nEstablish training, competency frameworks, and succession plans.\nFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.\n8. Performance Management & Reporting\nEstablish KPIs for maintenance, reliability, safety, and cost performance.\nTrack and report engineering and maintenance performance to senior management.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives using performance data and lessons learned.\n9.
