Purpose\nWe are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong Digital Design and Web Experience Analysis capabilities to design, develop and enhance modern web portals, transactional applications, Corporate Affairs teams to deliver secure, scalable and engaging digital solutions.\nThe ideal candidate should be comfortable taking a requirement from concept and user experience through design, development, integration, testing and deployment.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFull-Stack Web Development\nDesign, develop and maintain responsive web portals, websites and intranet applications.\nDevelop both frontend and backend components, ensuring scalability, performance and maintainability.\nBuild reusable components, APIs and services to support digital applications.\nIntegrate applications with enterprise systems, third-party platforms and data sources.\nImplement authentication, authorization, security and appropriate data protection practices.\nTroubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing web applications.\nDigital Design & Web Experience\nTranslate business requirements into intuitive and user-centric digital experiences.\nApply UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility and modern web design standards.\nDevelop wireframes, prototypes and design concepts where required.\nAnalyze existing digital journeys and identify opportunities to improve usability, navigation, engagement and conversion.\nWork with Corporate Affairs and Digitization teams to ensure consistency with corporate branding and digital standards.\nContribute to information architecture, design systems and reusable UI patterns.\nAI-Based Development\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, documentation and troubleshooting.\nExplore and implement AI-enabled capabilities within web applications and digital platforms.\nEvaluate emerging AI development frameworks, tools and approaches for practical business use cases.\nSupport responsible and secure adoption of AI in application development.\nAPIs, Platforms & Deployment\nDesign and consume RESTful APIs and other web services.\nWork with modern web frameworks, content management systems and digital experience platforms.\nDevelop integrations between web applications and enterprise applications.\nParticipate in CI/CD, source control, build and deployment processes.\nDeploy and support applications across cloud and enterprise environments.\nMonitor application performance and resolve production issues.\nCollaboration & Delivery\nWork closely with IT, Digitization, Corporate Affairs, business stakeholders and external partners.\nParticipate in requirements analysis, solution design, technical discussions and architecture reviews.\nConvert business and design requirements into technically feasible solutions.\nContribute to technical documentation, coding standards and development best practices.\nSupport testing, UAT, production deployment and post-go-live stabilization.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nTechnical Skills\n4-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.\nStrong proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript and React or equivalent frameworks.\nGood experience with backend development using technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java or equivalent.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, web services, JSON, authentication and API integration.\nExperience with modern web frameworks and digital platforms.\nExperience developing web portals, corporate websites, intranets or customer-facing digital applications.\nGood understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility and web performance.\nWorking knowledge of Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices.\nExperience with cloud-based application development and deployment, preferably Azure or equivalent.\nKnowledge of databases, data modelling and SQL/NoSQL technologies.\nDigital Design & Experience\nGood understanding of UI/UX principles, information architecture and user journey design.\nAbility to interpret or create wireframes, prototypes, layouts and design specifications.\nExperience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or equivalent is preferred.\nUnderstanding of design systems, accessibility and responsive design.\nAbility to analyze web analytics and user behaviour to identify digital experience improvements is an advantage.\nAI & Emerging Technologies\nHands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or equivalent.\nUnderstanding of AI/LLM capabilities and their application in web development is preferred.\nExperience integrating AI services/APIs into applications will be an advantage.\nDemonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt emerging development technologies.\nProfessional Skills\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to work across technology, design and business teams.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to independently manage development tasks from requirements through deployment.\nStrong attention to detail, particularly around digital experience, usability and visual quality.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.\nRelevant certifications in web development, cloud, UI/UX, AI or digital technologies would be an
