PEPS manages mid office and back office activities for Puma Businesses across all its business verticals like Retail, B2B, Aviation, and also enabling functions like IT & Corporate. It serves the countries which are a part of the Africa Continent, Middle East and Asia Pacific and further extends the support to the Puma Group in Geneva for its core activities.\nPEPS currently supports the Puma Group through the following main departments\n1. Finance\n2. Business Support Management (BSM)\n3. HRSS &\n4. IT\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProvide HR counsel and a range of generalist services to the organization within HR Operations\nAssist managers and employees in understanding and applying people tools, policies and procedures\nRun end to end employee transactions for Puma’s Global business\nPrepare employment contracts/amend contracts, reference letters, termination letters\nEnsure mandatory documents are send through by new joiners\nEnsure HR systems are updated with new hires, leavers and role/position changes\nResponsible for on-boarding and off-boarding of all employees\nRegistration/de-registration of starts & leavers on benefits \nMonthly Payroll activities (inputs, changes, funding, providing information to Payroll Accounting team)\nEnsure data integrity between payroll & HR system, regular checks and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy & completeness\nRun and manage end to end payroll for designated countries under Puma’s global footprint\nDocumentation of payroll functions for audit purposes, in accordance with statutory/compliance requirements\nLeave Administration and performance management\nPayroll accounting queries/audit\nPayroll annual activities (year end, annual bonus), benefits, compliance and statutory requirements\nEXPERIENCE:\nMinimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in Global Payroll HR domain \nStrong knowledge and understanding of payroll processes, reconciliation, benefits, compliance and statutory norms\nProven track record in managing HR Operations\nSKILLS\nGraduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources (Full Time)\nMicrosoft Office knowledge with strong skills in MS Excel required \nExcellent verbal and written communication\nExperience demonstrating skill performing basic analytical tasks (e.g., reconciling data, ensuring accuracy of data);
