and campaign needs\n\nCreate custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and motion/animated content to support product launches, GTM, and internal communications\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally on brand evolution, content strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns, partnering closely with marketing teams to drive audience engagement and demand generation\n\nOwn and evolve Pump’s design system to ensure visual consistency across all channels\n\nSupport executive, investor, and sales presentations with creative design and storytelling\n\nContribute to overall creative strategy and participate in campaign brainstorms\n\nRequired Qualifications\n3-5 years of experience in visual or motion design, ideally at a fast-paced startup or B2B SaaS company\n\nA strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work across digital and brand\n\nProficiency in Adobe After Effects and Framer (required)\n\nFluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other modern design tools\n\nStrong skills in layout, typography, animation, and visual storytelling\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with an understanding of marketing goals and audience
