Shop Operations Support: Oversee the intake, documentation, and tracking of rotating equipment (pumps/motors) entering the repair queue; balance labor between the shop and field as needed.
Supply Chain Liaison: Monitor open purchase orders and material lead times; coordinate with receiving to ensure incoming parts are accurately tagged to specific active jobs.
Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding repair status, delivery notifications, and scheduling changes.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 3–5 years in industrial service, mechanical repair, construction, or manufacturing operations.
Education: Associate degree, technical/trade school certification, or equivalent practical field experience.
Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent customer service communication, and proficiency with business management/ERP software.

Preferred Traits:
Direct experience coordinating both mobile field technicians and localized repair shop environments.

Understanding of job costing, labor utilization, and workflow efficiency metrics.
