Skills:\nMust have 1-3 years previous pump installation and repair experience as a Pump Installer for the Pump Rig Operator\nHigh School Diploma preferred but not required\nMust have a working understanding of pumps, motors, wells, electricity, controls, piping, rigging, chemicals and well rehabilitation tools.\nValid state driver’s license and Class B CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days.\nMust be extremely safety conscious and understand hazards and dangers associated with the job.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to maintain company equipment including pump rig, service truck, welder, generator, hand tools, power tools, grinders, drills, chain wrenches and come along.\nAbility to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions.\nAbility to problem-solve when faced with obstacles.\nAbility to promote additional company offered services.\nAbility to train new employees.\nMust be able to stand and walk for a major portion of shift.\nMust be able to lift and move 50 lbs. pull and kneel.\nMust be able to work outside in various temperatures and weather conditions.\nRequires working with equipment that vibrates and near moving mechanical parts.\nConstruction and Welding experience preferred but not required.\nNCCO Crane Certification (Fixed Boom) preferred but not
