We're looking for a collaborative leader with expertise in project management, engineering principles, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies who is ready to drive meaningful business results.\nLocation: Pennsauken, NJ - On-site\nWhat You Bring: At least 5 years of project, process, construction andmaintenance management engineering experience preferably in the food or pharma space.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nProject & CAPEX Management:\n\nProject Management and Engineering for Capital Expenditure projects, in cooperation with Operations, Group Engineering, QA, QC, R&D, and Finance departments\n\nProvides leadership and direction in assessing, determining and executing capital expenditures and maintenance enhancement needs across multiple sites with significant focus on improving productivity and minimizing labor & overhead costs, as well as minimizing production, ingredient and packaging waste while assuring highest levels of safety, quality, GMP and regulatory compliance\n\nLead and/or support the process of Capital Expenditure projects using the PM methodology defined as standard within the Group, including definition of user requirement specifications, give support to the IRR calculations, being responsible for conceptual design in compliance with the Project objectives and budget estimation\n\nProcess Engineering and Operational Continuous Improvement:\n\nImprovement and optimization of the process and equipment performance including troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical and controls issues across multiple sites\n\nInterface between R&D, Production, Maintenance, QA, QC, and Finance\n\nKnowledge expert for the processes and the equipment operations.\n\nContinuous Improvement champion for operational equipment and processes.\n\nRequirements:\n4 year bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering, or similar.\n\nMinimum 5-10 years of project, process, construction and maintenance management engineering experience\n\nDemonstrated use of quality improvement tools including problem solving, statistical process control and design of experiment.\n\nMust be proficient with using computer systems and can learn maintenance software applications (SAP)\n\nStrong planning and execution skills\n\nMust have direct experience in implementing and operating with TQM, Lean, Six-Sigma continuous improvement methodologies and programs\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (Spanish is an asset)\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment\n\nPhysical demands include occasional standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs , and occasional climbing, kneeling, and crawling.\n\nEnvironmental conditions may include working at heights, exposure to machinery, noise, extreme temperatures, dust, and fumes.\n\nThe following common allergens are processed in our facilities: wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy.\nLooking for a Career for Good?\nWe offer a competitive compensation and benefit package, designed to promote a Happier, Healthier You which includes:\nCompensation:\nCompensation for this role is salary and will be based on your experience, skills, and location, with a typical salary range between $92,960- $133,630/year.\n\nThis role is eligible for a targeted annual bonus equal to 10%.
