This role focuses on risk management, loss elimination, and lifecycle asset management.\nThe Reliability Engineerworks to reduce the cost of failure by minimizing system downtime, assessing asset reliability, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role partners across Maintenance, Production, Health & Safety, Quality, Engineering, and project teams to strengthen equipment performance, maintainability, and overall equipment effectiveness.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nAsset Reliability & Risk Management\n\nDevelop Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) processes for new and existing assets.\n\nPerform data analysis to predict and prevent failures before they occur.\n\nPlan performance evaluation tests to identify potential production and safety risks.\n\nPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and recommend corrective actions.\n\nEnsure adherence to the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) process.\n\nPreventive Maintenance & Continuous Improvement\n\nUpdate the preventive maintenance plan in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).\n\nCollaborate with Maintenance teams to develop proactive maintenance strategies that improve asset reliability.\n\nPartner with Production to support asset utilization and optimize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).\n\nApply risk management, configuration management, and loss-elimination principles to improve performance and reduce downtime.\n\nEquipment Design, Installation & Maintainability\n\nWork with Project Engineers to ensure the maintainability and reliability of newly installed and modified equipment.\n\nParticipate in Early Equipment Management activities supporting the design and installation of custom machine specifications.\n\nProvide reliability input throughout the equipment lifecycle to support safe, sustainable, and effective operation.\n\nTechnical Support & Collaboration\n\nProvide technical support to Production, Health & Safety, Quality, Engineering, and other internal teams.\n\nUse statistical, mathematical, and engineering concepts to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support decisions.\n\nCommunicate findings, recommended actions, and reliability priorities clearly to cross-functional partners.\n\nComplete other assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field\n\n5+ years of relevant maintenance experience.\n\nExperience with Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence is preferred.\n\nProficiency in statistical, mathematical, and engineering concepts, including statistical and probability methods and tools.\n\nStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.\n\nAbility to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work effectively across functions.\n\nKnowledge of lifecycle asset management, risk management, configuration management, and loss elimination.\n\nPhysical Demands: Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; frequent sitting, walking, and standing; occasional visual acuity (near/far).\n\nThe following common allergens are processed in our facilities: wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy.\n Looking for a Career for Good?We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package, designed to promote a Happier, Healthier You which includes:\nCompensation:\nAnnual compensation based on skills and experience ranging from $75,000 - $107,813.\n\nAdditional compensation earned through a 10% or targeted annual bonus.
