Establishing initiatives to reduce turnover and absenteeism. \nDeliver payroll team the incidences (absenteeism, vacations, overtime, etc...) in time and form. \nElaboration of annual budget of salaries, benefits, training, events and various expenses of Human Resources.\nCollaboration with the Human Resources Director for succession planning and personnel development.\nEnsure compliance with the area's expense budget. \nUpdate job descriptions and developing new ones as required. \nHandle SuccessFactor tool for HR Procesess \nFirst contact for employees in case of doubts related to HR.\nManagement of local suppliers to achieve favorable agreements for employees. \nResponsible for administration and updating of physical and virtual files. \nUpdate training matrix per employee and training programs at all levels. \nManage all Onboarding and Offboarding process activities for employees. \nCollaborate in the achievement of the company's objectives by ensuring the correct flow of information between all areas. \nEnsures compliance with global HR policies which must ensure full compliance with Mexican laws. \nManages the performance appraisal cycle (UNICODE) and supports employees to achieve their individual development plans. \nSupports Puratos recruiting initiatives to enhance the image of Puratos as an employer brand.* Comply and enforce compliance with the Safety and Quality of the processes for which he/she is responsible to meet the needs of our Internal and External Customers.\n* To ensure compliance with Safety and Quality within the scope of his/her duties and responsibility.\n* Activities are enunciative but not limiting.\n\nRequirements:\nHRBP / HR Generalist -
