Furthermore, the candidate must embrace and support the building operations.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nHighly organized and detail oriented\nPersonal Effectiveness - meeting timelines and productivity requirements (quantity and quality of work)\nProficient written and verbal communication skills\nTeam-oriented, collaborative, and flexible\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work and thrive under time constraints and juggle/prioritize responsibilities\nRequired to troubleshoot manufacturing controls - PLC, AC Motor Drives, Rockwell Automation, etc.\nRequired to read as-built drawings, blueprints, maintenance logs, and electrical drawings.\nMust have a general knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting / repair.\nAbility to demonstrate fundamental computer skills - Knowledge of CMMS preferred.\nAbility to perform maintenance and repair of production line equipment.\nFundamental ability for welding, fabrication, pneumatics/ hydraulic, machinery rebuilding and skills for equipment troubleshooting and repair.\nKnowledge of repair and work on steam and pressure lines.\nKnowledge of air compressors and filtration systems.\nVersed in lock-out/tag-out procedures and possess a strong safety orientation mindset with demonstrated performance.\nThe employee may be expected to work outside on building grounds including elevated areas. (Building Rooftops)\nInspection and project work may require working in elevated conditions and working on ladders. \nGMPs require hair nets, beard nets to be worn on production areas.\nUniforms and safety shoes will be provided along with any other specific required PPE.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, stoop, walk and lift throughout the shift.\nGeneral Safety Responsibility Statements (Essential)\nActively participate in all required safety training and adhere to company health and safety policies.\nMaintain a safe work environment by identifying and reporting potential hazards or unsafe conditions immediately to a supervisor.\nProperly use and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), tools, and equipment.\nSafety is everyone’s responsibility;
