You’ll be the central link between production, customer service, quality, and supply-driving operational excellence and supporting product innovation.\nThis is a unique opportunity to grow into a key contributor within a collaborative team, where your mindset and ideas will help shape the planning function and improve internal processes.\nKey Accountabilities\nDevelop and maintain production plans\nEnsure product availability for customer orders and stock replenishment\nAnalyze on a daily basis production constraints and optimize scheduling\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders tolead or support small-scale projects related to product phase-ins/phase-outs, new product introductions, system alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive harmonization and integration across planning and production processes to enhance efficiency, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.\nCollaborate with internal teams to manage product launches and phase-outs\n Represent planning in internal meetings (risk analysis, IP, product development)\nMaintain accurate master data and planning tools (SAP APO, MES)\nEnsure a daily physical presence in production\nParticipate in daily production meetings to align on priorities and constraints\nCommunicate proactively with your colleagues from planning, production, purchasing, and customer service to resolve planning issues\nWho are we looking for?\nBachelor or Master’s degree in supply chain, trade, or international business\nAt least 5 years of experience in planning or related roles\nAn experience in the food or pharmaceutical sector is a plus\nVery strong SAP experience (APO module); MES knowledge is a plus\nFluent in English and French\nPositive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills\nAbility to challenge constructively and work cross-functionally\nWhat you can expect from Puratos?\nYou will join a fast-growing, stable family business that has become an international market leader with a corporate culture in which innovation and entrepreneurship are part of our main priorities.
