Together, we build sustainable growth while making a positive impact on our customers, communities, and future generations.\nTo strengthen our Sales team in Croatia, we are looking for a Sales Representative who will play a key role in developing customer relationships, expanding our market presence, and driving profitable growth across the region.\nYour Mission\nAs a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers across the Istria and Kvarner region. You will identify new business opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and position Puratos as the preferred partner for bakery, patisserie and chocolate professionals.\nThis is a field-based role offering a high level of autonomy, direct customer interaction, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of Puratos in Croatia.\nWhat you will do\nDrive sales growth by expanding product penetration and increasing the active customer base.\nIdentify, develop and convert new business opportunities into sustainable revenue.\nBuild and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and profitability.\nPosition Puratos products through a value-based selling approach.\nProactively manage customer needs, challenges and expectations.\nPlan and prioritize daily sales activities in line with commercial objectives.\nPrepare and execute monthly and annual sales plans.\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs, turning insights into business opportunities.\nPromote Puratos products through customer visits, demonstrations, events and market activities.\nAct as a trusted advisor and ambassador of the Puratos brand within the assigned territory.\n\nWhat we expect from you\n\n2-5 years of experience in a similar sales or field sales position.\nStrong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.\nFlexibility and willingness to spend most of the time in the field.\nValid Category B driving licence.\nFluent Croatian and working knowledge of English.\nExperience within FMCG, foodservice, food distribution, beverage or HoReCa industries would be considered an advantage.\n\nWhat you can expect from Puratos\nWe are a warm family company with a historical growth track record and a clear long-term vision for the future.
