# Staff Software Engineer

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer (7-10 years) who thrives in a hands-on environment, owns technical direction across teams, and leverages AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) as a core part of software delivery. What You'll Do Define architecture and technical direction across multiple services and teams. Build and deliver scalable applications using C#/.NET, Java, Node.js, React, and TypeScript. Design and operate microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native solutions on AWS. Drive AI-first software development, using coding agents for design, development, testing, debugging, and code reviews. Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards, best practices, and guardrails. Own production systems end-to-end, including CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), observability, and performance.
