Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to brand growth, enhance customer experience, and support better outcomes for patients.\nThis is a 12-month fixed-term contract, 80% (30,8h) and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and working in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nYou will partner closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to execute local marketing plans and brand initiatives.\nKey responsibilities include:\nExecute local marketing plans and adapt global campaigns for the local market.\nGenerate and apply customer, market, and competitive insights to support brand growth.\nDeliver omnichannel marketing activities and customer engagement initiatives.\nManage promotional materials through approval processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.\nCoordinate scientific meetings, congresses, symposiums, and educational events from planning through execution and close-out.\nManage vendors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), budgets, and associated documentation.\nMonitor marketing performance and support budget tracking and reporting.\nCollaborate across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Finance, Digital, and Global teams to deliver business objectives.\nIdentify opportunities, overcome challenges, and drive projects forward.\nAbout You\nDon't worry if you don't meet every requirement.
