This individual is responsible for a wide variety of duties including but not limited to this job description.\nResponsibilities:\nRecord time studies for jobs being completed by Repack crew\nMake all inputs and outputs on FAMOUS for every job being produced\nRetrieve FAMOUS tags from every pallet and record on proper repack sheet\nmatch the PO # with all orders being produced and write customer information (PO, destination, commodity and quantity) on blue Pure Flavor labels\nCheck FAMOUS system continuously for new orders coming in and recording them on production board\nProperly record all lot codes for any packaging material being used for each job to maintain food safety traceability\nAssist the production supervisor with all clerical duties \nFill in as needed in any other Document Technician position\nMaintain confidentiality of all proprietary information, as well as other company data, including personnel information\nAdditional responsibilities may be assigned due to company needs \n\nQualifications:\nHigh diploma or GED is required\n2-3 years experience in record management preferred\nKnowledge of FDA standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, Health and Safety, Food Safety, HACCP and the PrimusGFS program\nComputer Skills\nProficient in Microsoft (MS) Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) \nExcellent organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi tasks and experience in produce industry\nReport food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority\nSelf-starter\nAbility to work alone and as a team\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong attention to detail\n\nWork Environment:\nHours of work may vary depending on business needs; ability and willingness to travel\nThis job operates in a refrigerated warehouse, where temperatures range from 45-55°F. The noise level in the work environment can be loud due to packaging machinery, and forklift truck operation.\nRole routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
