Using data, purchasing trends, and forecasting, this role identifies opportunities to improve how inventory is managed across the organization.\nA significant part of this role is tracking, documenting, and reporting on medication waste, expiration, and returns across clinics, and using that analysis to identify and address recurring drivers of loss. The Analyst also partners with Supply Chain, Clinical Operations, and clinic staff to redistribute existing inventory ahead of new purchases, and supports accurate reporting and continuous improvement across Pure Infusion's inventory operations.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDevelops methods, processes, and dashboards to support inventory analysis, monitoring, and reporting.\nValidates inventory data across multiple systems and flags discrepancies for resolution.\nTracks and analyzes Days Inventory on Hand (DIOH) and inventory turnover to identify opportunities to reduce excess stock and minimize waste.\nPartners with Supply Chain leadership to establish and monitor inventory-related KPIs.\nContributes insights on inventory trends, wholesaler performance, and demand forecasting.\nIdentifies trapped, slow-moving, or at-risk inventory - including inventory tied to canceled, rescheduled, or changed appointments - and evaluates or facilitates redistribution opportunities between clinics.\nMaintains documentation and centralized reporting for medication transfers, waste, expiration, returns, damage, and other inventory adjustments across Pure Infusion clinics.\nReviews clinic inventory for approaching expiration, communicates risk to Supply Chain leadership, and performs root-cause analysis to identify recurring drivers of waste and expiration.\nCollaborates with the Supply Chain Manager and Clinical Operations to troubleshoot and resolve clinic-level inventory issues and discrepancies.\nPartners with the Supply Chain team to apply existing clinic inventory toward upcoming patient demand before new purchases, and recommends clinic-level education, process improvements, or corrective action for recurring inventory issues.\nParticipates in periodic physical and cycle-count activities, including handling and counting medication inventory and related packaging.\nDevelops and improves written inventory-related policies and procedures.\nCross-trains on and provides backup coverage for other Supply Chain functions as needed.\nSignificant policy or process changes arising from this work are reviewed and approved by the Supply Chain Manager; day-to-day analysis, process development, and recommendations are performed independently.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities and no direct reports.\nRequired Qualifications\nProficiency with data analysis and reporting tools sufficient to build and maintain dashboards and standardized reports.\nStrong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.\nWorking knowledge of inventory management concepts, including Days Inventory on Hand, inventory turnover, cycle counting, and expiration/waste management.\nAbility to validate and reconcile data across multiple systems.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate regularly with Clinical Operations, clinic staff, and Supply Chain leadership.\nAbility to document and communicate process and policy recommendations clearly.\nAbility to exercise independent judgment and manage competing priorities across multiple clinic locations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or infusion-therapy environment.\nExperience working with pharmaceutical Wholesalers, medical supplies Distributors and pharmaceutical manufacturers\nExperience with purchasing data, inventory data and ERP systems used across multiple sites or locations.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, healthcare administration, data/business analytics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\nApproximately 2-4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain analytics, healthcare/pharmaceutical operations, or a related analytical role, including experience building reports or dashboards and analyzing operational or purchasing data.\nLicensure / Certification Requirements\nNo professional licensure or certification is required for this position. Employees who handle medication inventory must follow all applicable Pure Infusion Pharmacy and Compliance policies and procedures, including requirements related to medication access, inventory control, security, documentation, and controlled substances.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Competencies\nData analysis and reporting proficiency, including dashboard and report development.\nRigor in data validation and discrepancy resolution.\nEffective cross-functional collaboration and communication across Supply Chain, Clinical Operations, and clinic staff.\nA process-improvement orientation, including policy/procedure development and KPI monitoring.\nWorking knowledge of pharmaceutical-specific inventory concepts, including DIOH, expiration and waste management, and wholesaler dynamics.\nPhysical Requirements\nPrimarily computer-based analytical work requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use.\nPeriodic standing and walking associated with on-site physical and cycle-count activity.\nAbility to handle and count medication inventory and related packaging and materials.\nAbility to lift up to 25 pounds as needed during physical and cycle-count activities.\nParticipates in physical and cycle-count activities on an approximately quarterly basis.\nWork Environment\nOnsite, Arizona-based work environment.\nNo regular exposure to refrigerated or cold-storage areas is expected.\nNo travel
