The Role 

At Everpure, we are redefining how the world’s most innovative companies store, manage, and leverage data to power the next generation of artificial intelligence. We don't just sell storage; we are building the critical data platform for the AI era designed from the ground up to take the cost, complexity, and bottlenecks out of deploying enterprise AI infrastructure.  

As theRegional AI Business Lead , you will be a hunter leading high-impact, campaign-driven sales cycles. You will serve as a trusted advisor to specialized AI personas, including Chief AI Officers (CAIOs), Chief Digital Officers (CDOs), Directors of Data Science, and Enterprise Architects, helping them eliminate the performance limitations of legacy infrastructure so their AI models can store, think, and act at limitless scale. You will play a critical role in enabling our sales teams, strengthening partner ecosystems, and ensuring our AI solutions drive measurable impact for the world’s leading enterprises.

Location: Northeast, Southeast, West and Central Region 

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Field Sales Account Executives, Field Solution Architects, AI Specialists, and Systems Engineers to serve as the trusted AI advisor in customer engagements.
• Drive AI-Focused Campaigns: Originate, lead, and work on high-value, complex sales campaigns specifically designed to support enterprise AI, Machine Learning, and GenAI/Agentic AI workloads.
• Provide domain expertise to position Pure’s AI solutions in complex sales cycles.  This person will be seen as the “Go-to” partner by the field for sales / deal support for AI.
• Develop playbooks, use cases, and reference architectures that help sales teams articulate Pure’s AI value proposition.
• Identify and accelerate high-value deals where AI initiatives intersect with Pure’s data platforms.
• C-Suite & AI Persona Engagement: Build deep, trust-based relationships with new-school enterprise buyers, translating technical data storage and GPU-adjacent infrastructure needs into executive-level business outcomes for CAIOs, CDOs, and Lead Data Scientists.
• Quantify AI ROI: Co-develop rigorous, board-ready financial and operational ROI frameworks that justify large-scale infrastructure investments by showcasing hard-dollar savings, productivity gains, and accelerated AI model training/deployment timelines.
• Execute MEDDIC Sales Methodology: Maintain strict pipeline discipline, rigorous forecasting, and account planning using the MEDDIC framework to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement cycles.
• Partner & Channel Orchestration: Partner with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), strategic alliance vendors, and specialized AI channel partners to design joint go-to-market strategies, expanding Everpure's footprint in key verticals such as Financial Services, Life Sciences/Pharma, Retail, and the Public Sector. Enable partners with training, collateral, and joint-selling motions to accelerate pipeline creation and deal closure.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead matrixed deal teams with territory AE/SE, FSAs AI Solution Engineers, Product Management, and Executive Leadership to architect tailored technology solutions for complex AI pipeline requirements.

What You Bring

• AI & HPC Sales Experience: 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar quotas.
• Domain Expertise: Deep domain understanding in the evolution of HPC, high-performance data analytics, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and a solid understanding of emerging trends like Agentic AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation, and the role Everpure's Solutions play in each of these domains.
• Target Persona Mastery: Demonstrated success in selling to and influencing technical and strategic decision-makers (Data Scientists, CAIOs, CDOs, CISOs) rather than just traditional IT procurement.

• Consultative, Value-First Selling: Ability to transition customers from "AI experimentation" to "disciplined, enterprise-wide AI deployment".
• Sales Methodology Discipline: Complete fluency in BVS and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodologies. 
• Tech-Enabled Seller: Personally utilizes AI-powered tools to optimize pipeline reporting, forecast accuracy, and build highly tailored, data-driven customer presentations.
• Elite presentation skills with the ability to simplify deeply technical AI/infrastructure concepts into compelling, business-oriented narratives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a highly business-focused equivalent (M.S. in Management or MBA is a strong plus).
• Strong foundational understanding of data storage architecture, compute, and high-performance fabric required to support modern AI pipelines.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:

$138,000—$244,000 USD
