It is the nexus of our promise of a simple customer experience, providing insights and tools to help make our customers’ lives better.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nWorking on end-to-end lifecycle application development across the full stack (roughly 30% frontend and 70% backend, vary quarter by quarter). AI tooling fluency is preferred: you are expected to use AI to generate over 70% of your code.\nDesigning, developing and maintaining customer-facing and internal-facing web applications, leveraging AI design tools and using technologies such as backend micro-services in Java, Python, and in collaboration with our UX team for frontend work in Angular and Typescript\nExperimenting with AI on new technologies and architectural patterns such as containers (k8s) or micro-frontends, in order to push the state-of-the-art and innovate new solutions\nLeading fellow engineers and stake-holders to identify requirements and take solutions from initial design to production\nLeading/driving a project’s implementation, including coordinating other engineers’ work\nTake charge and drive the team’s design, development, unit testing, code reviews, documentation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment\nContinuously explore and develop use of AI in all above areas to help accelerate the development life cycle and reduce traditional software development and maintenance pain points\nWHAT YOU BRING\n6+ years of professional experience designing, implementing and testing various product components\n1+ year(s) of experience in a leadership role driving projects from requirements to release, including directing other engineers\nExperience using AI to generate production quality code and familiarity with current AI development tools\n6+ years combined professional experience in Java, Javascript, Python, or equivalent. Nice to have: Typescript, C/C++\nAbility to thrive in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment\nAbility to lead, monitor, and support multiple concurrent projects with fast context switching\nKnowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, networking infrastructure.
