So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.\nSenior Manager, Operations Engineering (APAC)\nLocation: Hsinchu, Taiwan\nRole Overview\nEverPure is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Operations Engineering to lead regional engineering execution across APAC. This role serves as a critical bridge between product development, suppliers, and manufacturing partners, ensuring successful new product introduction (NPI), supplier quality performance, and manufacturing excellence.\nThe successful candidate will lead distributed engineering teams across the United States, Malaysia, and Vietnam, while acting as the primary Operations Engineering interface with Hsinchu-based teams during NPI phases. \nThe role will have to be based in our partner location in Hsinchu, Taiwan. \nKey Responsibilities\n1. Regional Team Leadership\nLead, develop, and scale a geographically distributed team of Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE), Manufacturing Quality Engineers (MQE), and Component Engineers across the United States, Malaysia, and Vietnam.\nFoster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nBuild organizational capability to support evolving business and operational needs across APAC.\n2. NPI & Cross-Functional Leadership\nServe as the primary Operations Engineering interface in Hsinchu, Taiwan for all NPI programs.\nPartner closely with internal and external stakeholders, including R&D, Product Engineering, and Program Management, to ensure seamless product introduction and ramp.\nDrive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) initiatives, ensuring early risk identification and mitigation.\n3. Supplier Quality & Component Engineering\nOwn end-to-end supplier quality management, including supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEstablish and enforce robust component engineering practices, including:\nComponent selection and validation\nLifecycle management\nRisk mitigation strategies (e.g., second sourcing, obsolescence planning)\nLead supplier audits, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and yield improvement initiatives.\n4. Manufacturing Quality & Operations Excellence\nOversee manufacturing quality performance across APAC DFM sites.\nDrive key quality and operational metrics, including:\nYield improvement\nFailure analysis and root cause resolution\nProcess capability and control (e.g., Cp, Cpk)\nImplement scalable quality systems, processes, and performance metrics (e.g., FPY, DPPM).\n5. Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary liaison between:\nHsinchu-based Engineering and NPI teams\nContract manufacturers and suppliers\nGlobal Operations and Business leadership\nProvide clear and concise communication on program status, risks, mitigation plans, and readiness to senior leadership.\n6. Continuous Improvement & Strategy\nDefine and execute the APAC Operations Engineering strategy in alignment with global organizational objectives.\nChampion Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies to drive operational excellence.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to optimize cost, quality, and cycle time across the supply chain.\nQualifications\nExperience\n10-15+ years of experience in Operations Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supplier Quality within the electronics, hardware, or data center industry.\nProven track record of managing regional or global engineering teams.\nDemonstrated success in NPI execution and manufacturing ramp within APAC.\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong domain expertise in:\nSupplier Quality and Supplier Development\nDesign for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT)\nManufacturing processes (e.g., PCBA, system integration)\nExperience working with contract manufacturing models, including EMS, JDM, and ODM.\nLeadership & Stakeholder Management\nDemonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across multiple regions and cultures.\nStrong executive presence with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFamiliarity with Taiwan-based engineering and manufacturing ecosystems is highly preferred.\nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related discipline)\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:\nInnovation: We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers.\nGrowth: We give you the space and support to grow along with us and to contribute to something meaningful.
