Specifications Management\n Responsible for the design, shop drawings, standard details and calculations etc.\nLead and conduct engineering and design works.\nReviewing of design, specifications & drawings in the construction projects to drive cost savings through optimized design / DFMA etc, and to resolve technical issues at the upstream flow during the design and planning stage before the projects were executed.\nAttend technical/design clarification and project meetings with the vendors and the subcontractors with regards to the combine services drawings to ensure no conflict.\nDevelop and manage the design approval process with subcontractors, consultants and clients in a timely manner.\nTo manage design submission process, track the submissions and report it.\nBudget& Schedule Management\nEstablish and track the development of design deliverables against procurement schedule and budget, ensuring on-time completion.\nIdentify and highlight any potential design risks or issues that will impact Project Performance.\nRequirement\nDiploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering \nMinimum 10 yrs of relevant hands-on M&E experience in construction industry, LTA projects, mixed development etc· \nNeed to be familiar with Singapore codes such as SS638 (CP5), SS650, SS555 etc.\nHands-on experience in AutoCAD drawings is preferred\nFamiliarity in BIM (Revit /Navisworks) is advantageous\nHaving consultancy experience is preferred\nPossess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous\nGood communication skills\nGood interpersonal skills and
