Требования к кандидату:

  • продвинутый SQL (чтение/анализ сложных Oracle-процедур без документации)
  • глубокое понимание процессов взыскания задолженности (Collection) и банковских коллекшн-практик
  • опыт миграции legacy-систем
  • Опыт работы с Oracle DWH и Greenplum (или аналогами)
  • Знание микросервисов, Kafka, RabbitMQ, OpenAPI/AsyncAPI для интеграций
  • Опыт работы в условиях высокой неопределенности
  • Самостоятельность в принятии решений, ведение и согласование документации (Confluence и т.п.)
  • Опыт работы с инструментами тестирования и отладки процессов

Задачи:

  • Анализ и документирование процессов as is
  • Разработка требований to be для микросервисов, интеграций и отчетности
  • Коммуникация между бизнесом и стейкхолдерами
  • Участие в миграции и тестировании

Особенности:

  • Много самостоятельной работы
  • Необходимость тесной коммуникации с экспертами по текущей реализации
  • Высокая неопределенность, нужно быстро разбираться в сложном SQL
