In this role, the team member will monitor key parameters, adjust, and support maintenance of the equipment and processes under their responsibility. Forklift and other mobile equipment are used for the continuous loading and unloading of process streams on a scheduled timeframe throughout this process. Preprocessing Technicians record process observations and other data critical to the operation of the unit’s processes and routinely communicate this information to site supervisory and engineering personnel. This role will report to their respective Operations Supervisor.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nActively participate in all site safety programs and ensure safety is always the top priority.\nFollow daily work direction via application of training and approved operating procedures.\nPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. Refer defects or necessary repairs to the supervisor.\nActively support housekeeping program for the feedstock preparation workspace.\nAssist in training other employees to perform the daily work and job function. \nRegulate or shut down equipment during emergency situations, as directed by leadership.\nStart and continually monitor and adjust process equipment as necessary to ensure safety, quality, and throughput of the facility.\nConfer with technical and leadership teams to report or resolve conditions affecting safety, efficiency, and product quality.\nOperate machinery that regulates the flow of materials and products.\nEnsure environmental compliance and reporting for the assigned processes.\n\nBasic Qualifications (Required)\nHigh School or GED diploma\nAbility to utilize and/or wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) required.\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervision and coworkers.\nAbility to clearly communicate with leadership, employees, contractors, vendors, and customers.\nAbility to lead and contribute as part of cross-functional teams.\nDesire to learn, accept new challenges, and willingness to grow and advance within the company\nAbility to work independently or cooperatively to deliver required results\nExhibit initiative to identify and complete tasks necessary to support site operations\nAbility to, on a non-routine basis, work weekends, holidays and respond to emergency callouts.\nEffective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to stand, walk, and bend/kneel for extended periods of time.\nAbility to lift 50 lbs.\nAbility to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and pre-employment physical.\nNice to Haves\nAssociate Degree in
