Candidates must be able to come to the Sydney office 3 times a week.\nThe Opportunity:\nAn Associate on the Client Services team plays a vital role in the day-to-day delivery of market research projects. Your primary focus is to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously and ensure that all projects you are tasked with leading are successfully delivered to customers and that their expectations for quality and service are met or exceeded. The role will also require developing a customer-first mindset that is aligned with PureSpectrum’s culture and values in order to be best positioned to meet or exceed customer needs. This position reports to the Associate Director, Services.\nYour Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain an understanding of client service offerings, best practices, delivery capabilities, and technology platforms \nEnsure all projects you are directly responsible for meet or exceed delivery standards for being on time, in budget, and without quality issues \nOversee and lead easy to moderately complex projects with little to no supervision (project governance, progress, dependencies, communication, delivery process, project metrics, risk mitigation, etc.) for full-service and sample-only projects; ensuring customer & business expectations are met or exceeded \nOversee and help manage complex projects with supervision and support from senior team members \nFollow established best practices and processes for project delivery \nProvide feedback to sales on project performance to help improve delivery and key metrics for future projects \nTake ownership of problematic situations and work closely with team members to develop solutions that resolve problems \nTake accountability in the sales process by working closely with sales to provide high-quality customer service to help win future business\nRequirements:\nExperience in Market Research preferred, but not required. \nAbility to manage multiple projects with competing priorities \nAbility to learn and use new technology platforms to meet or exceed customer and project needs\nAbility to find innovative solutions to address customer and project needs \nSolid judgment and critical thinking skills \nExcellent communication and analytical skills \nAbility to be proactive in anticipating problems and provide solutions \nA passion for curiosity and a drive to always be learning \nAbility to foster positive relationships across teams and customers\nPureSpectrum Perks:\nPureSpectrum is continuously focused on our culture, which is rooted in innovation, connection, and providing a great experience at all business levels -what we like to call PSX.
