Our team has an entrepreneurial spirit and is results-driven.\nPosition Overview: The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to designated business units, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational objectives. This role partners with leadership to support business goals while managing core HR processes, including employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and employee relations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nStrategic Partnership:\nPartner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational strategies and objectives.\nProvide insights and recommendations on performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.\nSupport organizational change initiatives and culture development.\nEmployee Relations & Performance:\nAct as the first point of contact for employee relations issues.\nConduct investigations and recommend corrective actions when needed.\nCoach managers on performance improvement and documentation.\nHR Administration & Operations:\nManage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and documentation.\nMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.\nAdminister benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.\nProcess payroll changes and coordinate with payroll providers.\nRequirements\n· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.\n· 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership functions.\n· Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.\n· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.\n· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n· Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\n· HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.\nCompany Support: The company is committed to providing the necessary resources and training to ensure this person can be successful in learning and enhancing our approach as we move forward.\nPurgeRite is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
