Pay is determined transparently, using market benchmarks and ensuring internal equity.\nSummary of Essential Job Functions\nManage warehouse inventory and supports Inventory Coordinator with month end processes\nAssists in resolving issues regarding shipped orders\nLoad product onto scheduled vehicles to ensure timely delivery to our customers\nPerform other tasks as required.\nRequirements\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school Diploma or equivalent required\nMinimum 1 year of shipping experience required\nPrior Fork Truck experience required\nKnowledge of GMPs and Food Safety highly preferred\nSkills and Capabilities:\nFamiliarity with logistics\nKnowledge of loading/unloading best practices\nMust be adaptable, detail oriented, and safety oriented\nMust be able to understand and independently follow through with processes\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50lbs regularly, and occasionally more with assistance\nManual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling tools and machinery\nAbility to climb stairs and ladders as needed\nComfortable working in varying temperatures (hot, cold, humid)\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots\nVisual and auditory ability to detect safety hazards and machine malfunctions\nAbility to push, pull, squat, kneel, or twist as needed during shift\nAbility to perform repetitive motions consistently and safely\nMay be required to sit or operate forklifts or machinery for extended periods\nBenefits:\nAt PURIS, we’re proud to support our team with a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you thrive both personally and professionally.
