AI, automation, or system integrations.\n\nRecommend solutions based on technical feasibility, implementation effort, and expected business impact.\n\nDevelop implementation roadmaps with clear priorities, milestones, and deliverables.\n\nAI Development & Implementation\nDesign and implement automated workflows across multiple business platforms.\n\nIntegrate APIs, CRMs, databases, and third-party applications.\n\nBuild and maintain reliable data flows between systems.\n\nAutomate lead management, CRM updates, follow-ups, appointment workflows, and internal handoffs.\n\nCollaborate with development teams to extend, improve, or rebuild existing systems when necessary.\n\nIdentify opportunities to consolidate tools and simplify operational processes.\n\nWorkflow Automation & Systems Integration\n\nTest AI agents, integrations, and automation workflows before deployment.\n\nTroubleshoot errors, failed workflows, and data inconsistencies.\n\nMonitor implemented solutions to ensure reliability and performance.\n\nMaintain and improve automations as business requirements evolve.\n\nIdentify potential risks, system dependencies, and operational vulnerabilities.\n\nEvaluate AI usage, API consumption, and operating costs to maintain cost-effective solutions.\n\nTechnical Documentation & Project Ownership\n\nDocument system architecture, automation logic, workflows, and integrations.\n\nMaintain clear records of dependencies, configurations, and system ownership.\n\nManage implementation projects from discovery through deployment.\n\nCommunicate progress, timelines, risks, and recommendations proactively.\n\nCollaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\n\nEnsure solutions can be maintained and scaled over time.\n\nQualifications & Skills:Required\nProven experience building and implementing AI-powered workflows and business automations in real-world environments.\n\nStrong programming and technical development skills, with the ability to build solutions from scratch.\n\nHands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, data flows, and workflow automation.\n\nExperience developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technical solutions.\n\nStrong understanding of business process analysis and operational optimization.\n\nAbility to analyze complex workflows and translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience working with CRMs, databases, and third-party applications.\n\nAbility to independently manage implementation projects and take ownership of results.\n\nStrong technical documentation skills.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nStrong written and spoken English for collaboration with U.S.-based teams.\n\nProactive communication and ability to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience building LLM-powered applications and autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents.\n\nExperience with Claude Code or comparable AI-assisted development tools.\n\nExperience with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.\n\nFamiliarity with automation platforms
