Because when you invest in better, everything else follows.\nCompensation\nThe compensation target for this role is: $72,300 - $85,000Why this role matters\nThis is a fully remote position that may be performed from an approved location within the United States, with the work arrangement subject to change based on business needs. This position is expected to work primarily during Mountain Time business hours and requires approximately 10% travel, both subject to vary based on business needs.The Creative Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day project management for marketing/creative projects, photoshoot/video production and managing creative work outsourced to agencies. The Creative Producer will work with internal creative and marketing strategy team, internal Purple stakeholders, freelancers, and producers from contracted agencies to help bring creative and marketing work to life. Guides the development of standards to ensure production elements and assets reflect and brand. Helps with process improvements to increase efficiency within the creative team.\nHow you’ll shape the future of comfort:\nSupport intake of internal creative projects \nAssist in internal creative resourcing and scheduling \nProactively communicate to stakeholders on progress, process, and best practices \nManage working relationships with outside agencies \nLead, manage and oversee project management duties including planning, coordinating and implementing projects for assigned design, photo, andvideo projects \nDevelop and manage project scope, quality, resources, timelines and costs. \nFacilitate and participate in weekly project status meetings, prioritization meetings, stand-ups, creative reviews, retrospectives, etc. \nCreate and maintain accurate and timely budgets, estimates, proposals & billing for assigned projects. \nMaintain photoshoot/video production schedules and work closely with creative, external producers and production teams to ensure delivery on time and on budget. Partner internally and externally to facilitate successful delivery. \nManage and coordinate product samples, merchandise and props. Communicate and track with stakeholders and agencies/freelancers\nSupport maintenance of catalog of photo and video resources \nPresent creative work to stakeholders for approval\nDevelop and maintain positive, professional relationships with the internal team, vendors, and contract talent \nManage a direct report, appropriately delegating tasks and working on professional development\nWhat we’re looking for:\nExceptionally high level of emotional intelligence\nStrong sense of urgency\nQuick learner\nDrive and hit dates, on budget\n5+ years previous experience in design/marketing project management and/or production.
