Production workers are the core of Purple! We need someone who is ready to work hard every day and be a great addition to our team! As an IMM operator you are responsible for keeping up with the production demands while operating safely.Job Description\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nEnsure IMM equipment is running at peak efficiencies\n\nFollow all production and machine protocols putting safety above all else.\n\nHandle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift.\n\nLoad and unload items from machines and dollies.\n\nEnsure that all processes are followed in accordance withcompany protocol.\n\nMake sure that appropriate safetymeasures are considered at every step of the production process.\n\nInspect product and record data at appropriate stepsof the production cycle.\n\nMake sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintainedproperly at the end of each shift.\n\nResponsible for proper labellingand packaging of finished items\n\nAssist Engineering and Maintenance in troubleshooting IMM issues\n\nRequired Skills, Education, Experience:\nStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to train as well as lead. Someone with a proven ability to establishand maintain effective working relationships at all levels.\n\nStrong computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\n\nAbility to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nPhysical activities may constantly include:\nCommunicating with others to exchange information.\n\nRepetitive motions that may include the wrists, handsand/or fingers.\n\nAssessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.\n\nMust be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.\n\nMust be able to stand for 12 hours\n\nEnvironmental Conditions may occasionally include:\nNoisy production environment\n\nWork Hours (Good Faith Estimate):\nThis full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week.
