Join with us as we add to our team of exceptional individuals who will help us take over the world - one mattress at a time.\nCompensation\nThe compensation target for this role is: $26.50 - $31.00Job Summary\nJob Description\nHow you’ll shape the future of comfort\nLead, mentor and develop the team of Inventory Control Specialists.\nMaintain 98.5% bin accuracy and 99.5% financial accuracy.\nMonitor system transactions for system accuracy.\nLead quarterly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.\nParter with operational leaders to resolve inventory issues.\nEnsure training, safety, attendance and timekeeping compliance.\nProvide KPI reporting and project updates to leadership.\nDrive continuous improvement and 5S initiatives. \nWhat we’re looking for\nMinimum of 5 years experience in Inventory\n3-5 years Supervisory experience\n5 years of Forklift experience (Pacer/EPJ, Reach and Cherry Picker)\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nStrong math and analytical skills.\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality.\nEven Better if...\nBachelor’s degree in a related field\nQuality Assurance or Quality Control experience\nManufacturing inventory management background\nExperience with HighJump WMS and NetSuite ERP systems.\nPhysical Requirements:\nPhysical activities may occasionally include:\nRemaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.\nAdjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.\nPhysical activities may constantly include:\nCommunicating with others to exchange information.\nRepetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.\nAssessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.\nEnvironmental Conditions may occasionally include:\nNoisy open office environment\nNon-climate controlled production floor\nWork Hours (Good Faith Estimate):\nThis full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week.
