Because when you invest in better, everything else follows.\nCompensation\nThe compensation target for this role is: $23.00 - $27.00Why this role matters\nHow you’ll shape the future of comfort:\nWork directly with Maintenance Mechanic II or III employees on complex repairs and installations\nRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to complete required maintenance and service.\nDiagnose equipment problems, replace or repair parts, test equipment, and make adjustments..\nWhat we’re looking for:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nTechnical schooling or a skilled-trades apprenticeship is preferred.\nMinimum of 3-7 years of maintenance experience.\nBasic mathematics skills; ability to read and use a tape measure; and ability to use micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and feeler gauges.\nAbility to understand and carry out detailed instructions and address problems encountered in varied situations.\nAbility to communicate clearly in simple written and verbal sentences.\nKnowledge of tools, equipment, materials, and application techniques used in industrial or warehouse environment\n\nEven Better if...\nMIG, stick, or TIG welding capability is beneficial but not required\nPhysical Requirements:\nThis position is active and regularly requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.\nThe employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds.\nRequired vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus.\nWork may occur indoors or outdoors and may involve temperatures below 32 degrees or above 100 degrees, high noise, vibration, moving mechanical parts, electrical current, elevated surfaces, heat, chemicals, dust, mist, gases, odors, or poor ventilation.\nTravel to other locations or specialized training may be required.\nWork Hours (Good Faith Estimate):\nThis full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week.
