You really won’t regret taking the next step in your career by helping turn the world Purple!\nWhat you will do\nOwn and grow Purple's direct relationship with each wireless networking vendor (excluding Cisco), - becoming Purple's trusted point of contact within their alliance, channel, and product teams.\nEnsure Purple are listed, certified, and well positioned within each vendor's partner program, marketplace, and technical ecosystem.\nIdentify, engage, and onboard the resellers and partners who sell each vendor's equipment, and build relationships with their partner reps.\nSupport the sales team in building one-to-one relationships with partner reps, helping source and close joint opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain partner enablement materials - pricing, product positioning, and sales collateral - tailored to each vendor's ecosystem.\nWork with Product and Engineering to represent vendor and partner feedback, keeping Purple's integrations aligned with each vendor's roadmap.\nTrack vendor and partner relationship health and pipeline, and report regularly on progress and commercial impact.\nRepresent Purple at vendor and partner events, webinars, and conferences.\nAs new manufacturers join Purple's ecosystem, take ownership of building that vendor relationship from scratch.\nWho you are\nExperience in an alliance, vendor, or partner manager role, ideally within networking, WiFi, or enterprise technology - working directly with hardware or software manufacturers, not just their reseller partners.\nExisting relationships within HP Aruba, Juniper Mist, Ruckus, or Extreme Networks, or a track record of building this kind of vendor relationship from scratch, are a strong advantage.\nConfidence operating at the vendor level - partner, channel, and product teams - as well as with their reseller partners.\nComfort working closely with a sales team to turn vendor and partner relationships into qualified pipeline.\nStrong relationship building and communication skills, with the confidence to represent Purple externally.\nA highly organized, self motivated approach to owning a growing portfolio of vendor relationships end-to-end.\nWillingness to travel within the UK, and occasionally further afield, for vendor and partner meetings.\nBenefits\nSalary - up to £65,000 dependant on experience\nGreat earning potential - on target earnings 50% of base salary with accelerators for over-achievement\nRemote and hybrid working - work from home (with travel to customer sites as required for the role)\nFlexible working & a great company culture - bring your best self to work\nEmphasis on learning and development - progress your career\n25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) - and the option to buy extra days\n4 volunteering days each year - give something back to the community\nLife insurance at 2 x salary\nEmployee Assistance Programme, 24/7 helpline\nCompany pension, 4% employer contribution\nPrivate Healthcare & Long Term Incentive Plan after 12 months’ service\nOur values\nMake it happen - We own things and get them done whatever it takes.\nPlayful and positive - Life’s too short to take things too seriously, we like to have fun while we’re working and we love positivity - and yes the glass is half full.\nIn it together - We all have our day jobs to do, our OKRs to hit and projects to complete but we’re always available to help for the greater good of the business.\nNo bullsh*t, no politics - Seriously!
