Production Operators produce and assemble products in our manufacturing environment. Will operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare them for shipping.Job Description\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nHandle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift.\n\nManage different stages of the production line by being actively involved in each procedure\n\nLoad and unload items from machines and dollies\n\nMake sure that appropriate safetymeasures are taken into accountat every step of the production process.\n\nPull damaged or faulty items from the Max machine, as needed.\n\nEnsure that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediatelyreported.\n\nRecord data at each step of the production cycle\n\nMake sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintainedproperly at the end of each shift\n\nCheck finished product for problems or faults and isolate any damaged or inconsistent item immediately\n\nEnsure proper labelling of finished items and ensure that they are packaged properly\n\nAdvocate safety practices to the rest of the production staff.\n\nRequired Skills, Education, Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred\n\nMinimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment preferred\n\nPhysical Requirements\nPhysical activities may occasionally include:\nRemainingin stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.\n\nAdjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.\n\nPhysical activities may constantly include:\nCommunicating with others to exchange information.\n\nRepetitive motions that may include the wrists, handsand/or fingers.\n\nAssessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.\n\nEnvironmental Conditions may occasionally include:\nNoisy open office environment\n\nWork Hours (Good Faith Estimate):\nThis full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week.
