business stakeholders to ship high-quality, brand-facing products.\nTranslate ambiguous, evolving business problems into clear, build-ready specifications.\nRun a disciplined, iterative delivery cadence: validate direction early, correct fast, and ship surgically once something's approved.\nOwn outcomes, not just output; define what success looks like for your area and instrument for it.\nBuild with an AI-native mindset, actively identify where AI/LLM capabilities can create outsized value for brand users (automation, intelligence, personalization) rather than treating AI as an add-on, and use AI tools yourself to move faster through discovery, spec-writing, prototyping, and analysis.\nRequirements:\n3-6 years of B2B product management experience, with genuine end-to-end ownership of a product area, not just feature delivery.\nStrong first-principles problem-solving, able to break down ambiguous, complex business problems into structured, solvable pieces.\nData fluency: comfortable with SQL/analytics tools, sharp about defining the right metrics, and instinctively data-backed in decision-making.\nExcellent written and verbal communication: you can write unambiguous, build-ready specs and communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at every level.\nProven stakeholder management: able to align cross-functional teams (business, engineering, design, operations) with competing priorities toward a shared outcome.\nStrong product sense and an eye for what makes a workflow simple and valuable for a non-technical, business-user audience.\nUser empathy: genuine curiosity about the people who'll use what you build, and discipline about validating with them rather than assuming.\nSystems thinking: comfortable reasoning about platforms with multiple integrated modules, dependencies, and stakeholders rather than isolated features.\nBias for action and ownership: you drive things forward independently, escalate the right things, and don't wait to be told.\nAI-native orientation, genuine fluency and enthusiasm for using AI tools in your own workflow, and a sharp eye for where AI can be embedded into the product itself to create customer value.\nPrior experience with platform, marketplace, or internal-tooling products is a strong plus.\nExposure to enterprise systems (ERP/SAP or similar) is a plus, though not
