This is a great position for someone who is looking to expand their career, and join a company with a fun, fast-paced and inspirational culture.The Senior Manager, Global Operations is responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling strategic business initiatives across the Anytime Fitness system.\nThis role serves as a critical partner to Global Operations, Product, Learning & Development, Communications, Field Support, and franchise stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, successful implementation, and long-term adoption of key initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced operator who can translate strategy into execution, lead cross-functional initiatives, simplify complex processes, and build sustainable solutions that improve franchisee and business performance.\nThe Senior Manager, Global Operations combines strong operational leadership, project management, and change management capabilities with a practical understanding of fitness industry operations and franchise business models.\nThis position reports to the Director of Global Operations.\nPurpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)\nOperations Strategy & Execution\nSupport the development and deployment of operational strategies that drive business performance and franchisee success.\nLead operational planning, readiness, and execution for strategic initiatives.\nDevelop and improve operational processes, standards, tools, and support models.\nLeverage business and operational data to identify opportunities and support decision making.\nInitiative Deployment & Adoption\nLead the implementation of new products, services, technology solutions, and operational initiatives.\nDevelop rollout plans, readiness activities, and support strategies.\nPartner with Communications and L&D to drive awareness, training, and adoption.\nGather franchisee and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve initiatives and processes.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nPartner with Product, Technology, Communications, Learning & Development, and Field Support teams to deliver business priorities.\nRepresent operational and franchisee perspectives during solution design and implementation.\nFacilitate alignment, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and challenges.\nFranchisee Experience & Operational Excellence\nServe as an advocate for franchisee operational success.\nBuild strong relationships with franchisees, master franchise teams, and internal stakeholders.\nEvaluate operational impacts of business decisions and provide practical recommendations.\nFitness Industry & Club Operations Knowledge\nMaintain a strong understanding of fitness industry trends, club operations, member experience, and ancillary revenue opportunities.\nApply fitness and franchise operations knowledge to support business initiatives and operational decision-making.\nCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure operational solutions meet business and franchisee needs.\nStrengths and Background\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in operations management, franchise operations, business operations, program management, or related disciplines.\nExperience supporting operations within a fitness, franchise, or multi-location service business environment.\nDemonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.\nStrong project management, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to influence without direct authority and drive organizational alignment.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to analyze information, solve problems, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred\nFitness industry experience.\nClub operations leadership experience.\nFranchise support or multi-unit operations experience.\nExperience supporting operational, process, or technology deployments.\nChange management and operational readiness experience.\nSalary Range: $80k -
